The cheerful breakfast area and attentive staff made our early mornings good, especially the delicious oatmeal and special egg order for my non-dairy husband.

Thanks a lot all for a fine stay for travellers who need a relaxed overnight stay.

The air conditioning unit was unbearably loud, causing me to get no sleep. I complained at the front desk, but they did nothing except say they'd inform maintenance. The breakfast had limited options, and after such a horrible night, I felt cheated for what I paid.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with requests. The room was big size with comfortable beds and a fridge, tea and coffee making equipment, and a seating area. Private bathroom was particularly good...

This place surprised me with its cleanliness and attention to detail! The room was quiet, well-appointed, and perfect for unwinding. The hot breakfast was delicious. Plus, the staff were friendly to needs. I left with a big smile and hope to return soon!

The room was impeccably clean and quiet, offering a comfortable layout. I particularly appreciated the fridge and microwave, convenient to store and heat meals. The hot breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of delicious options, including freshly baked items. The staff, especially the manager Xander and night manager Mickey, were responsive and helpful.

The side door access was malfunctioning and the shower faucet leaked slightly.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice indoor pool, and easy access to a golf course nearby. The noise from upstairs guests was pretty distracting at night. Breakfast options could be improved.

The hotel was a great base for visiting the nearby attractions, especially the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad. The homemade biscuits at breakfast were a highlight, and I appreciated that the hot breakfast buffet changed each morning. The room was clean and well-equipped. We did experience a bit of inconvenience with the side door not working properly, which made our entrance a little frustrating.

but one elevator was down during our stay, which made getting around a bit frustrating. the breakfast area was always clean and cheerful, with yummy oatmeal and hot scrambled eggs. staff like pat and scott really took pride in their work!

The homemade biscuits at breakfast? Pure magic! And that hot breakfast buffet? Different delights every day made mornings a treat. Bonus points for the super clean vibe and friendly staff, they have it down!

A little hiccup with the side door not opening with the room key left us trekking around the building in the cold.
